Return Policy Statement
We are excited to offer our plant medicine retreat program to the public. We hope that you enjoy and gain benefit from it. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our program, we have a strict no refund policy.
Once the payment for the program has been made, it is non-refundable, and there will be no refunds or exchanges given, as we need to cater for the needs of all our clients. Exceptions can be made in the exceptional scenarios where the cancellation arises from factors out of the client’s control ( for example, a significant health condition). Additionally, it’s worth noting the third-party policies and different deposits relating to catering, accommodation, transportation and any other customizations that have been made through third-party providers falls outside of the control of our own policies and therefore, we cannot change them alone.
We have all our retreat costs and resources carefully managed to ensure the quality and safety of the program. Our team of professionals put in maximum efforts and time to ensure successful implementation of the program. The limited spots of at our retreats sometimes mean that we have to turn interested clients down for places because a reserved place at the retreat is not filled. As such it’s important for us to maintain the integrity of the program by sticking to the policy we have in place.
We seek your understanding and appreciate that this policy may represent an inconvenience. should there be any special circumstances that rise which will articulate a unique predicament, the program participation and overall experience will always be held with careful attention by our professionals and leaders.
