At Somaya Retreats, we incorporate a range of mind-body-spirit wellness activities that are an integral part of the core transformative experience of our retreats. One of these activities is Bokator, which encompasses a variety of techniques aimed at releasing physical and emotional tension, improving circulation and recovery, and promoting overall relaxation and rejuvenation.

The bodywork sessions are conducted in serene and comfortable spaces that allow participants to breathe, feel, and open up to a transformative experience of release, and grace into the body with full trust and surrender.
