During this time, we have exciting workshops that will help you set intentions and guide you to work optimally with the plant and yourself.
CEREMONY
Every individual will have the opportunity to receive the sacred medicine. The journey will take at least 4-6 hours, but we’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the ride! During that time, the shaman will arrive and have a conversation with each of you to assist in directing your journey.
INTEGRATION
Sharing and expressing after each journey is an important part of the healing experience. We encourage you to share your journey during the sharing circle with other participants.

At Somaya Retreats, we believe that the power and healing energy in nature is unlimited, which is why we offer a three-day mini retreat held weather-permitting at Phnom Oral. With its untouched jungle and scenic location, Phnom Oral mountain provides a natural and serene environment for our participants’ contentment, nourishment and supports their healing process, all while reconnecting with nature in its rawest form.
This rewilding retreat was designed to allow our participants to liberate themselves from the demanding pace of everyday life passively by partaking in experiential activities such as intuitive free movement, expressive therapy and engaging curiosity-led activities plus wild swimming in the nearby waterfalls as our activities include hiking, reflection time, forest meditation and communal sharing. All while enabling self-discovery with meditation, renewing morning routine, jungle accommodations.
Our small intimate rewilding retreat will leave our participants feeling reconnected and renewed in awe-inspiring settings. This is a chance for our participants to prepare deeply for ceremonial ayahuasca work in a completely natural, enchanting existence.
We will hold two ayahuasca ceremonies over three days to encourage deeper engagement and attunement to personal desires, emotions and non-logical mental pathways. We offer a profound space for personal expression; perfect for infusing rustic, raw healing modalities available only in minimally impacted natural settings. The related immersion connects the participants to nature while providing the ceremonial preparation required to fully unlock their potential come ceremony time.
