Intake
Our intake includes a comprehensive health history, a deep conversation about your mental and emotional landscape, a full review of medications, and medical consultation or clearance when required. This is where we have a phone call.
Consent
Every step requires clear, conscious informed consent. Nothing moves forward without it. This includes signed wavier and the process is fully explained.
Discernment
If there is a history of bipolar spectrum conditions, psychosis, cardiovascular instability, or contraindicated medications, we proceed with heightened discernment, or not at all.
This is not exclusion. This is protection.
